Contender Series’s Geoff Neal Set to Make UFC Debut Against Brian Camozzi in Austin

UFC Fight Night: Austin is finally starting to fill up.  MMA Today has confirmed another preliminary fight for the February 18th card at the Frank Erwin Center.

Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender SeriesGeoff Neal (8-2, 0-0 UFC) will make his promotional debut against two-fight UFC veteran Brian Camozzi (7-4, 0-2 UFC).  A highly-touted prospect off of the UFC Fight Pass original series, Geoff Neal ran through LFA veteran Chase Waldon in under two minutes to secure his UFC contract.  It will be a homecoming of sorts for the 27 year old Texan, while he looks to make it seven wins in eight bouts.

Brother of former UFC veteran Chris Camozzi, former LFA champion Brain Camozzi has had a tough run in the UFC thus far.  Following back to back stoppage losses to Randy Brown and Chad Laprise respectively, the 26 year old Coloradan will be looking to secure his first UFC win in Austin.
