EXCLUSIVE: Maryna Moroz vs. Jamie Moyle in the works for UFC 220 in Boston

UFC Women's Srawweights Moroz, Moyle will throw down in "Beantown"

While fans eagerly await to see what main card fights UFC 220‘s lineup in Boston receives, its undercard is continuing to grow.  A source close to the situation tells MMA Today that ranked women’s strawweight competitor Maryna Moroz (8-2, 3-2 UFC) will be taking on TUF 23 veteran Jamie Moyle (4-2, 1-1 UFC) in Boston on January 20th.

In her last bout, Ukraine’s Moroz had a two fight win streak snapped at the hands of former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza at UFC Fight Night: Oklahoma this past June.  Moroz has defeated Joanne Calderwood, Danielle Taylor and Cristina Stanciu thus far in her UFC career, and will look to add Syndicate MMA‘s Jamie Moyle to the list on January 20th at the TD Garden.

Moyle, on the other hand, has split her two UFC appearances thus far defeating Kailin Curran in her UFC debut at the Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale, before dropping her next fight to Brazilian debutant Viviane Pereira at UFC 212 this past June. At UFC 220, Moyle will look to get back in the win column against the first ranked opponent she has faced thus far.

Stay tuned to MMA Today for all of the latest news, updates and announcements concerning UFC 220!

UFC 220 takes place January 20th from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts and will air live on pay-per-view.  The card does not currently have an official headliner, although a bout between UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier and challenger Volkan Oezdemir is being targeted for the event.
