RIZIN in Fukuoka Bout Order and English Commentary Team Released

RIZIN Fighting World Grand Prix 2017 Autumn: Aki no Jin will happen in Fukuoka, Japan at the Marine Messe Fukuoka on October 15th, 2017.

With less than two weeks until RIZIN’s inaugural event in Fukuoka, the promotion announced the finalized lineup that consists of sixteen bouts.

The highly-anticipated Women’s Super Atomweight Grand Prix alongside Bracket B of the Bantamweight Tourney will definitely be the focus of the night but matches in the disciplines of kickboxing and grappling bring some variety to the card.

Interestingly, top billing will go to rising JMMA stars RENA and Tenshin Nasukawa. This shows that the organization is trying to build the prospects instead of just bringing back the legends for one last hoorah.

In addition, RIZIN revealed the English commentary team of Chris Cordeiro and RIZIN bantamweight Anthony Birchak for the event.

For fans in Japan, the main and co-main event will go live for the first time on Fuji Television. The rest of the viewing audience around the world can watch the entire event on FITETV.
