Sarah Moras vs. Lucie Pudilova Slated For UFC Fight Night: Austin

A second WMMA bout has been added to UFC Fight Night: Austin, MMA Today has learned.  Canada’s Sarah “Cheesecake” Moras (5-2, 2-1 UFC) and Czech Republic’s Lucie Pudilova (7-2, 1-1 UFC) will square off at the Frank Erwin Center on February 18th.

Since her time competing on season 18 of “The Ultimate Fighter“, Moras has won two out of three bouts under the UFC banner.  Bookended by wins over Ashlee Evans-Smith and Alexis Dufresne, Moras’s only loss came to Jessica Andrade in July of 2015.  The 29-year-old will look to make it two in a row when she takes on one of Europe’s finest women’s bantamweight fighters.

At 23 years of age, Lucie Pudilova is one to watch in the women’s 135 pound division.  In her UFC debut, Pudilova dropped a decision to Lina Lansberg, but impressed many by her gritty effort.  She was, however, able to bounce back this past June, defeating Ji Yeon Kim at UFC Fight Night: Singapore.  The win signified Pudilova’s first victory with the promotion.
