How will Sergio Giglio fare in the UFC:
The 21-year-old is a very bright prospect out of Peru who has a bright future in the sport. Being so you in the sport he still has good experience but still makes rookie mistakes. Giglio is excellent on the mat and is so comfortable fighting on the mat that he tends to pull guard a lot. He’s a big submission threat off his back with a active guard. Giglio is a good wrestler who times his entrances very good but sometimes the execution of the takedown don’t come full circle. He doesn’t spend as much time on the feet than he does on the mat but he’s been getting better. Giglio has a good leg kick he uses and is very quick with his hands. He has the tools on the feet but he’s still green. Overall at 21 you can only exceed at his rate.
