How will Nad Narimani fare in the UFC:

Is Narimani a future top 15 fighter? No. Is Narimani a challenge for anyone in the division? No. While Narimani does not appear a future contender, I do think he will be a part of some good fights. Narimani has flaws that won’t make you comfortable picking him in any stylistic match. Narimani has a questionable chin as he keeps his head stationary and has been dropped a few times in his career. The takedown defense of isn’t too seasoned as he’s been taken down by lesser wrestlers. With flaws defensively, Narimani does produce some nice qualities offensively. He is well-rounded, has good striking and decentwrestling. Narimani’s striking highlights a good right-cross that he throws frequently in addition to some decent kicks as well. His spamming hooks are what he does best. Narimani fights at his best when he mixes in takedowns with his striking, effectively using good timing on his level changes and a solid submission base where he’s finished five fights.

How does Nad Narimani match up with Nasrat Haqparast:

Haqparast is always moving forward throwing his hands. It isn’t the most technical but does have some power, speed, and unique angles. The wrestling of Haqparast is solid, as he attacks and executes the double-leg perfectly and is relentless getting the fight down. Haqparast’s ground-an-pound is  violent which is why the majority of his wins are by TKO. He sets a crazy pace and never lets off the gas or even seem to slow down in the later rounds. Haqparast is the better overall fighter as his stand up is more fluid and if either choose to wrestle, expect Haqparast to succeed. This is also the first fight at 155lbs. (lightweight) for Narimani as he usually fights at 145lbs. (featherweight). Prediction: Nasrat Haqparast. Confidence: 90%.
